A bit about you:

You’re an experienced videographer/photographer looking for stability, exciting projects, and skill development.  

Thriving in run-and-gun style videography and photography, you will have strong real estate experience, as well as aptitude in event coverage, social media content and the ability to light sets for mini-documentary style videos.

Photography skills are a must have as well, but the majority of your work will be video based.

The role:

You will support our production team by executing diverse videography and photography projects for our clients.

Your tasks will include capturing real estate content, shooting events, and creating mini-documentary style videos.

Access to both personal and company equipment, including cinema and mirrorless cameras, lighting, microphones and more.

However it will be expected that you also have your own go-to mirrorless camera, gimbal, drone and a few trusted lenses to use on jobs.

Requirements:

  • Advanced videography and photography skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Skilled in drone operation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and up-to-date knowledge of equipment and software.
  • Valid driver's licence.

  • Ability to conceptualise an overall content strategy that meets our clients' needs, whether for individual projects or ongoing retainers.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom) or other editing platforms like DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with the Managing Director, staff, and contractors to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Autonomy in your work, capable of working unsupervised and supervising others when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, always striving to do better with each job.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of equipment and software, ensuring efficient workflows.
